The new jet entered service today. The A220 is our smallest and newest plane. It also offers the best accommodations for our coach passengers. Wider seats, bigger overhead bins and the top of the line inflight entertainment system. There even windows in the lav. The pilots love them due to the flight deck layout and huge windows. It also features aluminum lithium fuselage and carbon fiber wings. The Pratt and Whitne y geared turbo fans sip fuel and are super quiet. Here is hoping that it s eves well over the next 30 years.

I do own Delta. I have some stock. I don’t run Delta. That’s a guy named Ed. He drives a Tesla. Our COO is a Porsche fanatic. He daily’s a Panamera and I think he had one of the first new versions of the car to come into the country. He also races historic Porsche’s.

The cabin walls at the shoulder are near vertical as well, so you don’t feel squished if you have the window seat.

I guess the delta logo has more street cred than skywest. Some of those sky west planes I flew on a few years ago were OLD, like Reagan
era old, the entire fleet as far as I can see has been replaced by ERJ’s and the occasional
actual Delta 320 in the summer months.

I get what they were trying to do, even if they were wrong, but the way they went about it was very poor. Talk about pushing a big customer into the arms of a rival.

I still find it ironic that in the end they didn’t get anything but a strengthened
airbus. I wonder if Boeing is ever gonna cash in on the Sukhoi Superjet they helped design. It could be a competitor to the A220
