Thought it was a pretty cool truck until I took a closer look at the 2nd photo. Also have no idea what to make of those wheels.

it’s an axle for dual rear wheels with only the inner wheels on it. not to mention it’s a beefy medium-duty (10 lug) axle. Wonder what’s underhood.
probably a Cummins 6BT boosted to high heaven.

If it was a short bed it would have looked almost identical to my 65 C10 I had.
