"Long_Voyager, Now With More Caravanny Goodness" (long-voyager-2nd-edition)

Been thinking I enjoy the ride of my winter wheels on the car far better than my SRT4 summer wheels, so this has me thinking on refinishing the set of 16" Lebaron wheels I have laying around and just putting some good tires on them to use year round.
I think I’m ok with how they look:
Obviously not the exact color, but it gave me an idea.

I like it- and gold is the right color to go with that green.
I presume the winter wheels are an inch or 2 smaller with more sidewall to make up for it? I notice that on my old BMW - though the sn ows are noisier and don’t handle as well, of course.

Wow what a shit show.
AND IT NEEDS NEW BATTERIES!
I can buy a running driving 01 Caravan for less than that thing.

They’ll definitely go the same gold as my SRT wheels.
My SRTs are 17s with 215/45 summer performance tires, the winter wheels are 15s with 195/65 Blizzaks . The wheels I’m thinking on using are 16s and the tires will be 205/60s.
Honestly I don’t notice much handling difference between the 15s and the 17s as far as “how fast” I can corner, the 17s are more responsive, but the difference in ride just isn’t worth it anymore. Thinking 16s will be a great middle ground. Throw on some Toyo/Yokohama/General all-seasons and call it good.
