Reserved a midsize car for the rental for the week. When I got to the pick up the car, the guy there to give me a car walks me over to the area with the midsize cars and there is a Nissan Sentra. He starts listing my options and when he gets to the Sentra I say not the Nissan. Apparently in a tone that indicated that it wasn’t good enough for me or something. I told him I’d take the Chevy and he says are you sure in sort of a condescending tone. Yes I’m sure, I don’t want the motherfucking Nissan. So I got the Chevy instead. Probably get my thoughts at the end of the week.

Even Nissan knows that no one wants a Sentra... Why was this guy surprised? I’ve had both a Sentra and Rogue as rental cars. Both were slightly better than walking.

Eh who cares if you offended him. It was out of necessity. The Sentra may be the worst new car on the market. I had one as a rental last year too and it’ s appallingly bad. Whenever people comment that there really aren’t any bad new cars for sale these days I ask if they’ve driven a base model Sentra.
