Signed a contract this morning for I don’t even want to think about how much money. 4 hours later and the first room is half gutted.
In theory this means that in 6 months or so we’ll have a fully renovated home and I’ll be able to move a houseload of crap back out of the shed, install a hoist, and rip into the ongoing series of project car hells pleasures that was the whole point of moving to a big house with lots of space. In practice, I suspect it means that I’ll never be able to afford a project car again. Oh well, easy come easy go.
