Cool to see an manufacturer actually take a show like Radwood more seriously and create a fun restomod. They stuffed the RDX’s SH-AWD powertrain into a 1997 Trooper SLX.

It will be interesting if any other manufacturer will do something like this for future events.

Its so weird to redo a car from your past that was rebadged from another manufacture.

Toyota wouldn’t do a new plug in hybrid version of the chevy cava li er.

Great idea, but yeah, that video was hard to watch. Complete with royalty free “Take on Me” at the beginning. I get the vibe they’re going for but man.

T he Honda Passport at the time, a rebadged Isuzu Rodeo, was excluded from of Honda’s trade-in promotions because people knew it wasn’t a real Honda
