Right then...
Though exercise: So, I’m sure a few of us remember when Mercury Capri was a cousin of the Mustang (after it was an ....Opel? Vauxhall? Memory fails...and before it was an FWD convertible). If Mercury we’re still alive, do any Opponauts think the Capri would be the “sporty car” version, or a Mustang with different nose and tail?
(Apologies if this has been discussed, but I haven’t been fully up on events, lately)

It would be the same platform as the EcoSport. Pitched as a luxury, lifestyle crossover. They’d try to compete with the F-Pace, and the Stelvio. But like the EcoSport, no one would actually buy one.

Either a Nissan Juke-like small crossover with wacky styling to appeal to a younger demo, or a Kia Soul-like small high roof monospace targeted at elderly drivers needing something easy to get in and out of. Either way, it would be a hybrid.
