Maybe it’s just my perception, or the markets in which I’ve lived, but was every ML63 built painted white? Or MAYBE silver?

Anyway, I went in search of a black one and it has been determined that that price and mileage are not nearly suspect enough! 98k miles for $13k...I can almost smell the burning coolant.

I’ve got a black one that comes in every now and then for work. But yeah, mostly silver I think.

100k+ miles... Let’s make a dart board with potential repairs. Whatever you hit will be the one thing you don’t need to do in the first year of ownership!

Head gaskets/bolts, air struts, cams and lifters, cam adjusters, transmission (due to never having been serviced), rear SAM, rear air springs and shocks

I test drove a very clean 80k mile 2010 328i there. T hey were actually very nice to deal with and even dropped off the car at a bmw specialist for an inspection. The car ended up havin g some oil leaks so I passed but they offered to drop the price or get tbe issues fixed. I would go back if something interesting came up.

They probably get auction cars that were not good enough for official dealers to sell so ymmv with the quality of the cars.
