Used the 3M kit. So much work, but the payoff was worth it.

That’s about as good a result as I’ve ever seen. What’s your plan for protecting them?

VERY nice! 3M makes a good kit.

I had the passenger side lamp done by the local detailing shop a bit ago! He did a pretty good job...much clearer than it was, but the plastic is still quite yellowed :(

Nice job. The Toyota service department did ours for cheap. It looked new. So these kits work wonders.

Should the self leveling in the headlights ever fail, i.e. they point straight to the ground, there is a $0.10 repair I can share with you (if it hasn’t already been done) . S-Type R headlights are like really expensive.

Good to know! Yeah I knew headlight functionality was one of the things to check when I bought it. Looks like a used unit is around $900 and a new one closer to $2000. Gotta love HIDs!

2ish hours, I’d say? Not too bad for what you’re getting.

You will loose self leveling function, but at least you can adjust it up and down... it is a little sketchy but it works.
