Router advice (the tool, not the networking thing)

Right, then...

Just picked up a used Bosch 1613EVS like !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , but a little dirtier for $100.

Now, the question: should a get a table for it or buy a bolt on fence? Gut reaction is to get a fence, but I can’t rightly say why one would be better than the other (save for space).

ETA:  And cost....cost is definitely a thing.

Both...

Get the fence first and pick up a used table when one comes up cheap. A 1/2 is a bit awkward for some handheld work, so a table helps a lot.
