4k textures are part of it. The other part is just that blu-rays store a lot, and with downloads you don’t even need those restrictions.

nope i got the game pass $1 first month...ill see if i keep it after that

I wish I had gotten the larger storage when I bought an Xbox. I got the 120. I only have like 6 games and it’s full.

They can be useful even without a 4k screen, since how much texture resolution your want depends on the size of the object it’s skinning, and how close you are in the game. Of course it might not matter if your hardware doesn’t have enough memory to store those big textures. Probably not much reason to be downloading them on standard xbox Ones.

I’m enjoying it, though it can be a little bleak. Pretty much every important character you meet but Parvati seems to be horrible in one way or another.

I  ended up getting an external HDD for mine, plug it in with USB and format.  Good to go.

Is that the initial install, or an update? I was playing last night, and it didn’t show any pending updates.

Side note, getting a 4TB external drive has been worth it for me.

Outer Worlds is a good time. Definitely feels like a fresh experience where Fallout games have gotten stale.

Ah, that makes sense. It’s a great game. I’ve logged well north of 100 hours in it so far.
