I kept forgetting to upload it, and then I forgot it existed, but now here it is.
You can’t really see the extent of the impact as it happens, but the aftermath is clear as day.

Makes me crazy driving along with all these people every morning going 70+ and giving like 1, maybe 2, car lengths in front
of them...

Weird how that always happens to boring ass cars, huh?

Yeah, this guy was definitely not leaving enough room, and I’d imagine the Prius wasn’t either.

Is there a popular exit on t he left up ahead or something ? There’s s o many cars in that left lane, while the right lanes are moving conspicuously faster.

P opular exit on the right, which makes left lane campers slow down at the last minute because they're the most important people in the world.

Yeah, exits on the left aren’t common in North America, but they do exist (I can think of a few in my area), so I always try to rule that out before accusing these guys of being complete morons.
Tonight, on my home I saw a left lane camper keep merging right to let faster traffic (who are usually left lane hogs themselves) pass, then merge left again immediately afterward. A s you might have guessed, he was driving about 10mph under the speed limit in clear, dry weather conditions. On top of all that, this was happening al ong a freeway lined with “KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS” signs posted every few miles. *facepalm *

Yeah, there are a few left side exits near me, too. Namely I-285 so uth to I-20 east and, ugh, 75 south to 85 north. That one does a super tight loop and people are constantly plowing into the hill because all the warning signs are just for bad drivers, not *me.*
What's worse is left-side merges, though. There's one of those here too (285 east to GA400 north) and it's terrifying.
