various Peugeots and other cars not seen in the US to caricatures of sports cars like a last generation RX-7. I would have preferred the Mac in another color, but whatever. Surprisingly decent detail for an affordable model.

I’d agree. It’s a little more upscale than the bigger chains in the area, but not super fancy like a specialty store. I tend not to buy my groceries there regularly unless they’ve got something I want on sale. They do have a lot of prepared foods available, but I don’t pay full price for those as they’re a little spendy. What I do is wait for the stuff to get close to expiration and then pick it up for 50% off or more; tonight’s dinner was some tasty sushi; I bought $25 worth for just $9. Tomorrow I’ll have the fried chicken that set me back $1.50 - the normal price was close to $6. With these kinds of deals I can afford to splurge and buy myself a little model car every now and again.
