I also recommend you avoid ArmorAll directly on the tread surface, I’ve heard it compromises traction.

Well if you rotate them between front and back, they wear evenly but you have to buy four tires at once. Else you buy two today and some months later two others. Spreads the expence a bit - if you care about that.
