Doing my part to break the Corvette mold. So far I’m incredibly impressed, as it’s only needed maintenance so far(oil, tires, fuel.) There are a couple of minor issues with it, but both are easy fixes, one being the headlight gear is stripping(still works) and the defrost wire for the rear window came detached. Overall it averages around 19mpg, mixed with a lot of bumper to bumper and aggression.

So far I have no real regrets about having a super impractical daily driver.

Nice! ‘ 04 Z06?

What’s your daily commute, to get 10k in 6mo? How many total miles on it? Completely stock or some mods?

‘03 and 86k miles.

My commute is like 40 miles round trip, but I’ve taken it on a few trips already.

It’s lowered, has a catch can, has the LCM5 mod, and has a single din radio now. Other than that, it’s completely stock.

Seems like an excellent daily to me. One of the better choices when maximum seating capacity isn’t a concern. I wholly approve.
