Jolene just hit 58,000 miles. I got her with 56,000 in August 2018.

I’m really grateful that the car’s major work was done before I got it. I’ve only had to do minor things, the biggest of which was a new windshield.

In the 2,000 miles and one year, it has had:

New windshield

New wiper blades

New A/C and serpentine belts

New cassette player

New radio amplifier

New coolant reservoir

Oil change

New valve cover gasket

New air filter

New tires

Not too bad for a 30-year-old J-Body. I’m still shocked at how clean it is. There is literally zero rust as it has never been in the snow. Hell, it has barely been in the rain!

I’m trying to drive it more before wintertime starts and it only gets periodic “keep it running” drives when the weather isn’t gross.

Jolene is one of my favorite cars on Oppo.

*sees title*

*reads $58k rather than 58k miles*

Me: “the Radwood effect really IS that powerful!!”

Seriously though Jolene is so clean that I wouldn’t be surprised at such a price. Such an Oppo car :D

Thank you! That means a lot. I work hard to keep it in the good condition it is in.

Hmm. I paid $1,800 which is just a bit short of $58,000. Lol

Very nice! My aunt had a blue & silver ‘89 Z24, which I thought was always pretty cool. The 2nd gen J-bodies are nice to still see around, and this one is extremely clean.
