The power has now been out long enough that the UPS on the router/dsl modem is beginning to give low battery warnings and there is no pressure left in the water tank to flush the (both full) toilets :/

I may have to go out and hook up the generator. The weather blows super bad though (intensional pun is intensional) and I don’t want to do it :P

I don’t have snow tires yet for the Corolla and don’t have any confidence in the tires that are on it in the snow.

Haha more of a joke than anything. I did just go camping in 20F degree weather this weekend so I dont mind cold sometimes. Having it at home though is a big no no.

According to our power company, our town was 117% without power today at one point.

My parents had a tree fall on their cars, probably both totaled. We went over to check on their lake house and one of the boats was missing. It drifted over to a nearby beach after breaking the mooring... but yeah. Not a good day for them. I’ll probably post about it later.
