"Rainbow" (rainbeaux)

I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask for my old holiday cards with my birth name to be updated/replaced with my new name. They seem to be really generous and progressive, so I feel like at the very least they'll send me some blank cards to make my own. But I still haven't heard back at all. Around how long do they usually take to respond?

What is CAH? I’m just finding heart defects in google. Good luck though!

Cards Against Humanity presumably. UkuleleDan often organizes online games for kinja people:

Cardinal Health?
Kidding,
I know what you mean. They’re those people who think it’s okay to put stuff in the toy section, right at kids eye level, that say things like “Blowjobs for everyone” or things about killing people.
Classy AF.
Actually, maybe that’s Target’s fault. Why not both?

I’d say it's definitely on the store there. I mean, it's a game, so it makes sense to put it with the games, and it makes sense to put the games near the toys. I'm not sure what would be a better approach, to be honest.

I think that’s on the store (or perhaps just people’s perceptions?) The box is marked 17+. So you have the problem of people who think of board games as kid’s stuff maybe making bad choices, but there’s obviously no reason for that to be the case. We mix R-rated movies and M-rated video games in with other titles, so it’s not so s hocking that board games would be mixed in as well. Probably would be better to put board games with the video games (even though they are not electronics) than with the toys though.

I really think it’s both -- CAH could tone down what they put ON the box...at this point, 90% of people browsing it know what to expect, so I think it’s reasonable they make it a little more “PG” if they’re going to put it with kids’ toys. Alternatively, put it on the top shelf or something. Pretty easy solutions all around, IMO.

Either up high on the shelf, or just put the more tame material on the outside of the box. It’s not like I walk past the wine bottles at the grocery store and they say “Y’ALL BOUT TO GET CRUNK!”
Actually, the boxes of Franzia probably do say that.

Huh? The box looks like this, and I believe always has:
I’m not sure how you tone that down?

Oh, no....they have about 5-8 “sub-editions” in various colors, and most of them have samples of the questions listed in plain view on a special case that holds all the boxes on the shelf . I believe they also list samples on the back of each box, too.
The original box itself was a masterpiece in minimalism and self-editing.

“ Back in my day, we had to make regular board games dirty! You had to work your ass off at it.”
Taboo was my jam. I can play it with the kids....or the guys. Totally different game each time.
