yeah, the physio will work quite well for the majority of shoulder issues and the steroid will help any underlying arthritis and/or tendonitis. good luck.

I just did a month and a half of physical surgery on my shoulder , which only seemed to make things worse, seem like I probably need to go under the knife again.
