I put a set of hawk hps brake pads and their talon rotors on the front of the mini today, I’m still waiting on the rear set that should be coming monday which means I should be ready for the track day on the 26th. Hopefully my aging 7 year old battery will last me until then, if not then I guess I’ll be buying a battery too.

Agreed, those look defective. Maybe vandalized? They are full of holes

Hawk HPS are crap. I’ve never liked Hawk’s street pads, sorry.

Their track pads are quite great

I’m hardly an authority but I’ve had many sets of Hawk HPS in many different cars and liked them well enough. A little less dusty than OEM too.

Seconded, I had Hawk HPS on the Mini and they were eeeh at best.
