Just testing today and Monday. Two days of prep finished, although now that I look back I didn’t do it quite correctly; I finished the prep solution last night instead of this morning, and I hope this doesn’t adversely affect the procedure. I haven’t eaten in two days (except for a literally two goldfish crackers I absent-mindedly consumed yesterday afternoon). Vegetable broth and Hawaiian Punch (a variety without red or green dyes) - that’s all I’ve had for over 48 hours. All I can think about is eating, but I am glad to have dropped 11 pounds since the last time I got on the scale. I did pack a couple of cookies in my bag for the return ride home should I need a fix...
