If you said "McLaren with underglow" I'd say GTFAC. But this works. I like it

Yeah, I guess I’m actually ok with the underglow (kinda reminds me of those weirdly cool Yakuza Lambos). It’s more the wrap and the stupid wing that bother me.

Really? I swear that same vinyl wrap was an option in Need for Speed Underground 2 back in 2004...

We just had a customer finish up a bagged 570, looks so killer. I’m digging this trend of modified McLarens.

Bagged 570? It hurts to read that. But at the same time, I know that tech has come a very long way. I’d be interested to see how that turned out. And don’t get me wrong, I love modified McLarens. I’ve been following a 720S build that a local shop is doing, and it’s turning out killer! But, they’re all tasteful mods. The mods on the pictured car are more something I’d expect to see on a Lambo.

You can find it on Sadistic Ironwe rks Instagram, dude is a killer craftsman and builds some really unique stuff. I work in aftermarket air and the performance you can get with the more modern sleeved stuff on the market is silly good. Finally starting to see sleeved setups with a tuned piston and matched dampers, gets you into OEM or better performance in a lot of cases compared to the older double bellow and budget damper stuff.

Just dump  the underglow and this would be *hundreds* of times more tasteful than 99% of stuff in the Underground games.

Thanks, I’ll have to check him out.

And yeah, I had completely forgotten there are race cars on air these days. I now recall an episode of The Smoke Tire where Matt had on a guest he met at Gridlife, and the dude ran time attack in an STi on bags. Are they at the point now that you could put them on a car to lower it, but still retain factory ride comfort? I’d love to have an LS400 daily driver, and lower it, but I don’t want to sacrifice the comfort of not feeling a single bump in the road, lol.
