In Pittsburgh they’ve evolved to fist bumping. Notice you can clearly see the other car’s plate. Also in another picture in this a d you can not only see the license plate of another car parked in front of the house, but you can see the address plaque on the mailbox.

If they can do this they can surely just blank it out in MS Paint. Not that I expect that much from the brain trust that is craigslist

What’s the point of hiding your license plate? Not like you do that in the real world, however I guess some idiot on his computer can call in a fake call to the police or whatever and say they saw your plate?

On some late-2000’s cars, if you Google their VINs (which could be obtained through license plate searches), you find public records with names, addresses, and phone numbers.
Example: The VIN for this Mercedes I found.

Nah, I’ve had these (or similar) for years.
No photo editing loss of picture quality, no details of the car the owner doesn’t want me to give.

“Wait, you mean you expect me to post more than 4 photos AND do 5 minutes of editing to sell a $20,000 item?! Ain’t nobody got time for that. ”
CL logic.

I use tree branches or bushes. Sometime s it’s awkward to get the car in just the right position, but if you get creative you can do anything!

I had just cleaned Mrs McMike’s old Civic to sell it, and took it to a Cars &
Coffee. Printed this as a joke.
