I tried to get in a last minute off-road Land Rover experience today but they were full booked. Therefore I did a 7 mile walk then came back to make homemade Haggis Mac & Cheese. Leftover Haggis from Burns Night is the jam. Back to the states tomorrow to get back to the Exocet!
British aged cheddar and Haggis is a delightful combo.

Ithink this is an excellent idea. I don't have any leftover haggis, though I did attend a Burns night dinner. I think I might add some spicy sauce too.

This was my second Burns night. What a time.
The thing that freaks me out is the insistence on putting mustard into Mac and cheese here. That is so wrong.

I’m not keen on it myself.
Many Scottish and some northern England chip shops do deep fried battered haggis.
