Obrador has no oversight. His popular mandate means that no one can critique him and many government offices made for oversight are ran by people who don’t really do oversight.

But we never had true oversight so its not worse , and we finally have an AG appointed by the legislative branch, as opposed to just chosen by the president... which is better, but still an issue because our AG has close ties to the President.

But some shit is unacceptable, he raised three bureaucrats involved in a 15 millon dollar fraud to leadership positions in Pemex, and his party elected a literal torturer as the interim governor of Puebla.

That’s just the week’s news... nevermind the other stuff that happened in the other 50 days he has been in office.
