Fit if it was my money but both good choices.

The Fit. I have no idea if it is better, but I loathe white cars, I’d hate the Vibe every time I looked at it.

Probably the fit, but I have no experience with either so I’d want to check them out in-person and test drive first.

Looks like the right rear rim on the Fit has taken a hard hit.

Edit: Or is that a wheel cover?

Deffo Vibe, they’ve got more usable interior space, plus the hatch glass can lift independently of the hatch (I don’t know for sure if this one has that though? Hard to tell). I think the Vibe has more go-fast bits in the aftermarket because GM (I know it’s a Toyota but it’s still true).

I’d say check both out and see which one fits you better. But I lean towards the Fit.

If the Fit checks out clean , no major damage or history, I say Fit.

Whichever is in better condition

In Canada, you have access to some cool cars we don’t get down here, such as the Echo hatchback, Acura CSX, Nissan X-Trail, Mercedes B-Class, and Chevy Orlando. You guys could also get a manual transmission on the Kia Rondo (we couldn’t down here)

I hate when people say sold As is. It makes me question the car right away .

The Fit would be more fun with more possibilities but it seems super sketch. Zip ties on the knock offs? Yeah I bet that’s not the only thing zip tied.

Ask Dr Zoidberg as he has a V ibe and is one of the Toyota experts here.

I would look at both but from a keyboard i would say Vibe

The Orlando is TERRIBLE, can we send all of ours down to you?

I see one in town all the time that has a massive wiring fault where all the turn signals come on solid with the brake lights every time the guy hits the brakes....if that’s an indication of their quality, no thanks...

The first-gen Echo hatchbacks are AWESOME, on the other hand....love those little things! I seriously considered one when I ended up purchasing my Accent, but the Accent had lower kms and so was a better buy. If you do look for any first-gen Echo hatches, get it in RS trim because RS = more awesome!

On paper I see them as equal. I would test drive them to see which is more comfortable and which is better to drive.

I’d usually go Fit all the way but this particular Fit seems sketchy to me. All the panels look mismatched. The Vibe, on the other hand, looks well kept.

Of all those, only the Chevy Orlando and the manual Kia Rondo would be on my list. Here’s a manual Kia Rondo...

And here’s a manual Orlando!

Though both of these are more than I want to spend

If I buy the Vibe, it would be my 2nd white car... though my 1st white car was more of a light cream colour.

A few months ago, I saw a manual Orlando up there for $3000 or so when another Canadian on here was looking for a car.

And you don’t like the B-Class? They are so awesome! :p

Too bad because here is one for $3200

I wouldn’t touch that particular B-Class. Check engine light on, rebuilt title and “doesn’t know” what it would need to pass the safety inspection?

You’re right! It is a great find! And since you’re such a great friend, I’ll respectfully stand aside and let you have that car...

LOL

whoops! Sorry yeah I admit I failed to actually read the ad. My internet is slow :(

Now that I have my connection back (for a few minutes anyway!) I was able to find these two B200's that seem to be in better shape, but they may be out of your area. One of them does say “nothing required for safety”

I do like to see the Canadians on here buy/own cars that we didn’t get down here tho
