Parked next to some asshole at city hall  that couldn’t center their car in the parking space and this is the result. Why must people be such douchenozzles?

I know I’m not the only one that snaps a pic of the car next to me when I’m forced to park next to an obvious idiot.

Thats the nice thing about the cruiser.  No its not that I don’t care about scratches or dings...far from it...its because its a tall car with rock sliders that stick out past the door.  The rock sliders are also covered in grip tape. Go ahead...open your door into mine. Dis Goina be gud!

wipe those spots with some acetone, followed by polish. Looks like the higher one s may be more paint and mostly come off with the acetone . Gra b some touch up paint from the dealer, but go to an art store and grab a cheap No.1 round brush and use it instead so you have more control... bui ld up with light coats over globbing it in . If the color looks good wet but dries too dull grab the brush and top it with clear coat...harder to find in touch up form so Testors model or clear nail polish works.

I am very cautious about parking aligned with the wind to the rear. Your’s wouldn’t be the first car where the other driver opened their door and the wind caught it into yours.....

You know, it was pretty windy yesterday, so that could have played a factor. However, if they did a better job of parking, preferably straight ahead in the center of their space, they would have had a better shot of catching a runaway door before it slammed into my poor, defenseless car.

I learned cause the same thing happened to me while I was sitting in the car. The funny thing though is the farther they park away, the flatter the angle and the more the wind catches the door for damage. It may be the opposite that you think, they were far away and the the door almost missed. if they were close it may have been nothing,
