I’m probably exaggerating a little bit, I think this might be a Mondial T, which is one of the newer versions, and had a 6.5 second 0-60 time compared to the 7.5s time for the earlier cabriolet or the 9.4s! time it debuted with. Still the Mondial is known for looking a lot faster than it is.

No it’s a citizen-owned car that he put some police-style vinyls on as a joke for this car event that has a rally so he could be like “lol don’t go too fast there’s a ferrari cop car out there!” and then parked it here along the rally route

So assuming I had decent tires on the Solara and could hold the corners I could actually outrun  one. Really shows how much progress has been made.
