I haven’t even seen the news... just the posts here about Tesla/Musk being charged with Securities Fraud...

And I can’t help but think that Elon Musk is running around like a madman, shouting: “I’m being indicted!”

(Now, I have to go watch Jim Carrey again, since laughing about his reaction to being indicted, and being reminded of that scene from “ Fun with Dick and Jane” was the only reason for the post...)

WHAT. I’ve been neck-deep in takes on the Ford/Kavanaugh testimony on Splinter and elsewhere—I put Jalopnik on hold for one freaking day, and this news drops...

Gonna be an interesting couple of weeks, I think.

He has not been indicted or charged with a crime (yet). The SEC complaint filed today is a civil suit.

This isn’t a news story, it was simply something that reminded me of a Jim Carrey movie scene.

The POINT IS MISSED, because the point was supposed to be humorous...
