Roasted cherry tomatoes tossed into gnocchi and rocket and pecorino cheese and olive oil.
Followed by spaghetti tossed in pesto topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and pan fired salmon.
Washed down with a glass of pin ot grigio.
For dessert a non Italian, baba au rhum, washed down with ice cold limoncello.

It was all really good. Nice contrasting flavours.
The tartness of the cherry tomatoes added a nice bitterness.

Also, lunch is served. All you can eat buffet centred around Thailändsk kyckling med ris och mangosalsa från köket (well that’s what the menu says!).
Thai chicken with rice and mango. 95 kr or about €10.

Looks like a bit of a mouth full (what’s on the plate and the name).
Thai chicken and mango sounds amazing.

Tea is good. There’s a lot of choice of teas out there to keep it interesting.
Unfortunately the proliferation of coffee shops means the art of a good cuppa tea is dying out.

Yeah those bastards usually ruin a good cuppa., but there is a cute little coffee shop here with tons of loose leaf and they make great tea
