Like CarsofFortLangley said. It’s another common spelling of doner also sometimes spelled donair or döner.

Donner, doner, donair, etc... kebab meat cam be beef, lamb, veal or chicken but most commonly lamb with seasoning.

After my trip to Amsterdam I am sold on mayonnaise and fries. I always wondered why my dad ate his chips (crisps everywhere else) with mayonnaise. Now I understand. Fried  Potatoes and mayonnaise are a match made in heaven.

True. Though frite saus (pretty much a Dutch only thing) I class as an in between a mayonnaise and a salad cream (from what I gather, a Brit only thing), Lol . Lovely stuff.

Amazon has frite saus for about $10 and salad cream can be found in any British or Irish ex-pat store. It’s as British as tea, Branston pickle, piccalilli, etc...
