These period conversions are really rare. However, they aren’t worth a fortune even in perfect condition, and the rust repair plus (proper quality) paint will cost a bit.  Labor of love territory.  I find it interesting that it is badged as and stated to be a SE, as it has SEL rear doors .

I like the pics apparently taken from a second story window, and the lack of interior/engine shots.
