This is what we said all along. The workers do not want the union. The shit between the company and the umion really has no effect on the fact thst they never wanted a union. This company is worth roughly $60,000 per week in dues money, if you are wondering why the union is trying to force itself on the people.

What’s the time frame of that GIF? Are we talking real time or a time-lapse ? If a time-lapse , how long?

WOW, I guess the workers wanted to keep their money and didn’t hate their employer. Amazing.

It’s taken from a video with sound, and also it was shot in 1980, so for these reasons I believe it’s real-time
Clip that has the source video at the end:

That’s a lot of movement happening really quickly. Pretty scary and must have made one hell of a noise.

Nice one.
That’s quite a victory under your belt there.
Well done, a lot of work that paid off.

It would appear that congratulations are in order to you for finally getting their votes counted. Hopefully such a lopsided result means this is the end of the legal action, but from your other posts I suspect that isn’t the case. At any rate, JamesMayGreatNews.jpeg.

Found another video talking about it. The animation was a reconstruction taken from a handful of still photos. Start to finish looks like it took a matter of seconds for the side of the mountain to blow out.

The video you linked had another link to a video explaining it. There were a handful of still photos that scientists used as the basis to make the animation. The whole side blowing out took a matter of seconds.

The count has not been officially validated by the state Agricultural Labor Relations Board, which will rule on 635 disputed ballots — not enough to change the outcome — and weigh whether owner Dan Gerawan unduly influenced the election process.
Seriously? The union lost...stop trying to force this for them.

There’s some good bullshit in here
UFW spokesman Armando Elenes, who confirmed the tally, called the vote a “mockery of justice.”
“They always wanted everyone to focus on the vote count because they didn’t want anyone to pay attention to how they got there in the first place, ” he said.

who would of thought a union that doesn’t listen to the workers....
this is part why i hate unions, that had their place a long time ago, but now they are more greedy than the companies they are fighting against.
They couldn’t care less of the workers and their needs.

I’m late to this show, as we have VPs visiting and budgets due and other crap, plus football season and the kids need some attention in there, as well. Congrats! This is huge. The UFW doesn’t have much left to hide, other than their almost nepotistic relationship with the ALRB. This union is so far in bed with the government that I suspect some politicians are going to be working even harder against the Gerawan workers. Good luck on this fight.
