Not sure how optimistic this label is for a turbo-Saab from the (I think) GM overlords era.
HFV has no HFV. But somehow has 2 motorcycles

My friend has an Aero of the same generation. Tuned to about 340hp it’s pretty quick on boost, but still a heavy FWD car.
The car in this photo is not an Aero...

I know nothing about Saabs from the 200's onward... I was just going by the 2.0T badging, but are the Aero trims the only turbocharged ones, or somehow tuned higher in power?

I’ll be honest I don’t know much either despite having owned one (really I owned a Subaru with Saab badges on it though). Looking it up it seems like there are 2 versions of the 2.0t . The normal one makes about 175hp, and the 2.0t Aero makes 210. Both are GM Ecotec 4 cylinder turbo motors. Then they have the higher tier Aero that my friend has, which packs a GM LP9 2.8l turbo v6 made by Holden. I previously had thought that “Aero” just the highest tier engine... way to make it confusing Saab!
Either way, the one in this picture made either 175hp or 210hp stock. Maybe he’s just expressing his love for the tomato based vegetable drink?
