First version used nominal instead of actual measurements because I didn’t want to bother with fractions for a simple mockup. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , I figured I might as well make the switch to actual measurements while incorporating the new glides.

Tweaked the overall design a bit as well to include a lip on the table top, inset the side panels, and hide the panel below the drawer. I really like this and I think it may be my final design.

I like that your drawer box will be color-matched with the drawer face. You’ll almost always see white or maple boxes which I don’t feel pair well decorative  dark woodgrain exterior.

Yeah, I think I’m going to pre-stain everything before assembly.

Is there a program you’re doing this in? I also wanted to say I  like your design and color choice.

I highly recommend a pocket-screw setup for assembly. The Kreg system is pretty nice, but I hear there are others out there.

A friend just bought a Kreg jig a month or two ago. Planning to borrow his for this project.

Thanks!

I did this in SketchUp . Used to be a Google product, but it’s run by someone else now.

I’ve used Blender for this sort of stuff in the past, but it’s not really for this sort of thing. SketchUp is pretty handy once you get the hang of  it.
