The stock brakes were good. These pads hurt my face. Autocross tomorrow is going to be interesting

What did you install? It took me 2 events before I adjusted to the Hawk HP+ pads I installed on my Mini.

Brake buddies! I just swapped out the pads on all 4 corners today before tomorrow’s autox.
I’m running Ferodo DS1.11 in the front and GLoc R10 in the rear (I’ve run the Ferodo’s a few times, but this is my first try with the GLoc’s).

They are squeaky as fuck, get hot as hell, and make a shit-ton of dust, but you stop like you hit a tree. Overall I’m happy but I kinda wish I went with the HPS though. The noise and dust get on my nerves driving to work everyday. Awesome at an autocross or track though.
