I really fuckin like the interior of this car

It’s quiet, comfy, and looks modern without falling into that same glossy everything/no buttons crap that most newish cars suffer from. I might consider a Taurus as my next car.

Note: sentiments do not apply to most recent iteration of this interior.

I definitely like the relative simplicity. But what I don’t like (and a lot of cars do it) is the highly angled dash, especially with glossy surfaces. That’s just a recipe for blinding sunlight when you least expect it. It’s hard to find a fully vertical center stack anymore, assuming they even exist. I love mine.

Well styled, but I’ve never been in a car that felt more like a bucket. Highest beltline I’ve ever experienced; made me borderline claustrophobic even as someone who isn’t normally bothered. Made it feel surprisingly cramped despite being the size that it is whereas my XC70 feels absolutely gigantic inside while  being 11 inches shorter.

With the refresh they replaced the whole center stack with piano black and capacitive buttons :(

My main complaint on the Taurus is the size of the center console. It makes what is a pretty large car feel tight and confined.

Ford Edge? I prefer the Flex their similar but the Flex’s interior is more square and upright, like its exterior.
