I wish I had some pizza, but it’s only 9AM here and no pizza joints are open right now.

Hopefully we’ll have an exciting race today - the F2 feature race yesterday was tremendous, I’ll have to catch the sprint race after F1.

Whether VET gets ahead on merit or through pit strategy I’m sure it’ll happen, I don’t think he’s foolish enough to throw it all away in the first corner. Then again, who knows.

I have a hard time believing that VET will be able to take those softs to the end of the race without taking a massive performance hit.

Real shame, those tires looked absolutely fucked.

HAM should be really thankful to BOT as well whose been playing the teammate role very well.

I’m also surprised that the Medium tires weren’t used at all especially with the high degradation today. I guess there would have been too much of a performance drop-off...

I feel like F1 is only worth watching the first couple laps these days. Just seems like a constant parade with cameras following only the front, who happen to be the same every race.

As much as I concede that Ham is a good driver, it gets really old watching Merc win year after year, just as it was annoying when RB was destroying the field.

Around lap 40 when they were talking about Lewis’ left front being blistered and Kimi’s r ears clearly going away, I had a little day dream that M aurizio and To to would meet in the middle of the pits and agree to put on a show, p it together for super softs and fight it out for the win. It would have been amazing.

I blame VET entirely for scuppering his own race. There was absolutely no reason for him to try to pass RAI at the start. All that did was open up a hole for HAM. And the Merc strategy was bulletproof.
