They'll build a Z4 Coupe but it will have 4 doors.

Not sure if it’s the colour or something but I’m getting a strong Fairlady Z vibe.

Or 5. The smaller the coupe, the more doors it has.

I’d rather have this than the Supra

A little longer, more graceful quarter window graphic, and it is spot on... and finally a vehicle better looking than the Z4 M-Coupe out of BMW.
If BMW puts a compelling I6 Turbo, manual gearbox, and limited-slip/vectoring rear diff in this car, and sells it for less than 50K...
It would be so highly IRONIC that the platform mate of the new over-priced, over-hyped Supra, makes an almost perfect clone of a present day Nissan Z.
All roughly 50 years after Yamaha’s concept got passed up by Nissan, Nissan built their own variant, as the S30 Fairlady Z, and the 2000GT got picked up by Toyota, instead.
BoxerFanatic, troublesome iconoclast.

So that is where BMW put that liftback hatch that they lost and couldn't install on the 2-series Coupe, that is actually a coupe.
