To be fair, this did happen at a hospital. So there's a higher probability that the driver's mind was thinking of a loved one.

That’ll happen. Somebody crashed through the front of a Sherman Williams in a strip mall the other day. Coincidentally, someone crashed through the front of the insurance agency next door in that very same strip mall a couple of months earlier. Last I checked, they hadn't even repaired the damage from the previous crash yet.
