I call those in every time. I was visiting my dad in CO and I was following a guy weaving and he even scraped the center divide a few times. I was on with the highway patrol, hanging back and letting them know what exits we passed.

I tried  once with a lady that was literally asleep looking at the wheel and crossing completely into the other lane. We were following her the same way this hummer was going and after no luck of getting a dang single officer after nearly an hour, ive given up on following and instead just stay clear and wait to help with an accident if they run into someone else.
