Our C300 is in the shop and we got this as a loaner.
I
don’t hate it, my mountain bike kinda sorta fits in the back.

I’ve honestly seen more new Mercedes with “RBM (number)” license plates that look like they were issued in 2005 than new Mercedes owned by actual people.

We are the opposite, I wouldn’t mind a GLC43 or 63 AMG, the GLA’s are not good looking cars IMO.

The transmission for both. We had to do a little highway ride to go get my bike and the 9 speed felt faster than our C300 on the highway with the 7 speed . However running around town in sport mode it felt like it was hunting for gears quite a bit.
I almost like the size, we had a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee, IMO that was the perfect size SUV plenty of room for stuff and not too big for normal running around. This is a little smaller than that, if it was a bit bigger and faster I would probably fall in love with it, as an appliance.
Oh ya, it also has the MBTex material on part of the steering wheel. I don’t like it, the transition from the leather to the MBTex really makes it feel like they cheaped out on 1/2 of the steering wheel.

Courtesy vehicles for the big Mercedes dealer. And the plates are still the same www.Georgia.gov ones, so they look out of place on shiny new cars.

Oh gotcha. That makes sense, it seems like they give everyone a loaner car. T he dealership by us is pretty small, I would say they have less than 40 cars for sale counting new and used but, they have about 10 cars that I think are loaners.

I like the Macan. How do you like driving it?
I could barely get my bike in it. We had to put the passenger seat pretty far foward (Mrs. Blackcar is 5'6" and her knees were almost on the dash) and put a wheel in that space to get it in. I was little disappointed, at first glance I thought it wouldn't be a problem at all.

To me, it’s too small. If I am getting an SUV I want a family of 4 to be able to live comfortably in it.
If I buy something like this it would be y uge, I really want all the utilities. No, I don’t spend a little time everyday looking at used Yukon Denali’s on cars.com and I don't appreciate you implying it.

I generally dislike SUVs, and while the base Macan is a nice place to be in traffic it's just way too boring for everything else. Especially due to the automatic. That being said, one time I got the GTS trim and had genuine fun throwing it around corners and running through the gears with PDK. It fit my co-worker's commuter bike pretty perfectly with the seats down too so I had no complaints other than just being a type of vehicle I dislike.
