Hertz gave me one of these. My initial impression is, I could definitely own one for the right price . Not a V8 or anything, doesn’t handle as well as my A4, but plenty of power and comfort. And I like the styling.

I don’t know how real these prices are but if they are, you could hardly blame someone for going for one of these:
$18k for a good looking, reasonably quick, RWD car is ridiculous.

My best friend just bought a new 300s in blue this weekend. Of course, he also probably paid around 40k and financed about 60k because he keeps buying new cars and trading them in after 6 months to a year. Good decisions he doesn’t make, but it is an improvement over the V6, rental car spec, Charger he bought new in 2016 and then traded in l ast year for new 2017 Journey. I’ll be curious to drive it. I’m expecting a good cruiser on the highway.

I think people should give these and the new Charger a shot. Yes, I know it’s an old platform, but they really aren’t bad cars.
