That shopping cart isn’t a one off. There’s a red one that shows up at Sonoma Raceway every year advertising some super market or other. 

Or maybe they sold it as I couldn’t tell you which supermarket it was affiliated with so clearly the cart going to catch your attention but it’s pretty unmemorable advertising.

I’ve seen these shopping carts before.  There must be a company that makes them for grocery stores to use for promotions.  Still really cool to see out an about.
