natural gas conversion sloppily installed in the bed that they didnt mention in the description?

I’d casually say steer clear of someone else’ s offroad project, mostly because suspension work can be so lazily done. but they don’t appear to have done anything much to the suspension, and engine and such issues are just par for the course with cheap toys. no real harm if you are willing to dedicate some time to wrenching on it.

For that price, not that much trouble. Anything running for under a grand you’re likely to be able to sell for the same amount if you find yourself over your head.

That (probably) aftermarket car alarm is enough to say no . Plus that V6 hasnt been around in 30 years. Maybe GM parts binned it since its apart of their 60° v6 family but still nope

My father bought one of those new in 85, it had electrical problems from day one that engine was so bad he named it the wimp and dumped it in 88. But on the plus side it didn’t rust like Scout it replaced.

I’d take that. I had an ‘89 Blazer that was great until it took some rebar through the front end and it met its early demise. Truck it fell off kept going, too.
