Think this is the one I posted sometime last year ... damaged wheels (and the color) are the clues:
At this point, I realize that the Bentayga is not as hideous as I’d first thought - it’s actually not too bad when you’re standing next to it. Maybe I’ll get one on Turo, at some point.
W 74th and Broadway - half a block from my building.

I will politely disagree. It's ugly and still somehow looks like an Audi.

Have you ever stood next to one? Also, the Audi resemblance is forgivable given the owner of the brand. And, as the only V12 I’ve ever driven was a poorly-tuned E-Type, I’d like to try this car.

This will suffice for Marie Antoinette’s ride until the Cullinan or Uterus hits the streets.

I didn’t know about the RR. I must admit, it’s totally gauche, but I want that interior... I just couldn’t drive one.
In 20 years , an engine swap and a lift would make it the more hilarious off road vehicle ever.

S h e ’ ll want a C u l l i n a n, f o r s u r e. I’m sta rt ing t o see m o r e B e n t a y g a s a r o u n d, an d they aren’t that terrible l o o k i n g, I think. A n d are a l m o s t under the radar, at l e a s t when c o m p a r e d t o d i r e c t c o m p e titors.

I suppose the styling is generic enough to fit in with traffic - someone might think it is an Atlas with a bodykit, not something flamboyant like a G 4x4.
I’ve seen several Bentayga on the street too, they seem to attract the G demographic - either a second tier Kardashian relative or someone who knows Manafort and Cohen personally.

All of these will be very amusing at 20 years old when they are on their 7th owner. I predict some donks along with hot rods.

Have a stood next to one? Given my demeanor, I would be briskly escorted away by the entourage

I see maybe half a dozen a day here. Definitely for showing off - the most practical ones were made 20 or more years ago. You can still get a diesel in Europe, that’d be the one for me.
Only the G65 would match a Bentayga in price, yeah, and I have only seen one of those. I have seen a couple of the 4x4 squared, also similar, but maybe a little too brash even for that customer base. The local exotic rental place has a Brabus car, not sure what model, it has a loud paint scheme I definitely wouldn’t choose.
The Bentayga will also sell because no doubt it drives like a car. As I am sure you know, the G has weird ergonomics, not as big inside as one would assume, trucky and old fashioned. Some like that, but most deal with it for the image.

I think I put up a Cullinan video at some point - again, visceral hatred of the design having never seen one in the metal. I don’t think seeing one will change me on that vehicle.
