A conversation between my dad and our neighbor

Neighbor: I totaled our sienna yesterday

Dad: How?

Neighbor: Some lady in an accord came around the corner at like 40mph

Neighbor: I hadn’t seen her coming and we crashed head on.

Me, some guy who makes bad puns: Don’t you mean “you never sienna coming?”

Neighbor: We’ve had that car for 6 years.

What’s the problem? Just flatten the hood a bit and there will be no problems :p

I know someone else on here just got a Sienna of the same vintage , so I double-checked to make sure it wasn’ t the same one.

If I totalled my car and somebody tried to force a pun about it the next day, I'd probably really want to punch that person. So ignoring the person was the right choice for your neighbor.

I never said I'd actually punch anybody, I'd just be mad if someone made a bad pun about my car getting totalled. I didn't even consider the fact that the person making the pun isn't old enough to drive.
