Spotted Chief Hopper’s ride out in the wild here in Atlanta tonight! The white Suburban next to it was security. Went over to Emory (Hawkins National Lab) to show a friend the building from the show and it just so happened that they were filming.

Strange things are afoot at the Circle K! Reminds me of work though, I worked on Lost, I just work on other kinds of shows now.

It’s been interesting here in Atlanta over the last few years seeing the film and TV industry boom. They were filming Stanger Things about 2 miles from my house the other day. Production signs for all kinds of things are all around. If does take you out of the show a bit when you see a spot and are like, hey I know where that is.

Stranger Things is some of the best television ever and if you don’t agree, you can come at me.

Wow, I had no idea it was filmed in ATL.
I hope they find Rick Grimes in the Upside Down next season.

End of the Season 2 episode when we saw Eleven again for the first time? Or when she came through the front
door after she dispatched the gorgonzola monster and saved all of her friends
? Dude.

Having grown up as a D&D geek in Indiana in the 1980’s, I approve of this show.

I was about the same age as the boys in the show at the time it was set. All the toys and commercials hit the feels dead on. Wrap it in some fun X-Files stuff and you have a good time.
