This announcement is good news. Class One silhouette racing is on, and Super GT did not lose out as previously feared. DTM, meanwhile, will see a massive upgrade. There will be two joint events.
This is a welcome development, and I hope to see how this will shake out in the coming years.

I like this. Like World Challenge finally coming to their senses and largely adopting GT3 and GT4 rules, I think only good things come from this.

Hmmm, this is good news because it’ll help keep DTM alive, but it’s sad that we’re going to be losing the howling 90-degree V8s.
I’ve been enjoying this year’s racing, the technical changes they made to the cars are working well in my opinion. We’ll see how these new changes work out, I guess.
