I post here lots, that’s no lie. In the next few weeks that will probably change. I have acquired a 2nd job. This weekend is a test of what my new life will be like. Open at current job, close at new job. The new job is a few minutes down the St from my current one so it’s not too far to go. So I’ll be working from 9:00am to 11:30pm-12:00am. With an hour between them. The additional income will be nice, but any free time will be long gone. Hopefully I stay reasonably sane.

At least the other restaurant is closed mondays, so I’ll still have that day off.

I’m in a similar lack of OPPO boat, wake up at 2am, commute 85 miles each way , get home at 3pm.

I’m already tired for you. Back in college I would take a morning class or two and then close both shifts at a restaurant...every day but Thursday, because I had class 8 am to 9 pm those days. It still gives me nightmares.

Been working two jobs for about 2.5 years now. My day job is 6-3:30, and my night job I usually work 5-10 two days during the week, and 9-5 on Saturdays. I always have Sundays off as I need something for my sanity.

Yes, there are days where I’m dead tired, but it’s a means to an end. The second job is fun money/student loan money so it all works out.
